I am a home owner, not an agent, how can I sign up?
   - In the 21property web site everybody is an agent. Just sign up as agent and your are rady to post your property.

Why I did not receive your confirmation email?
   - Our confirmation emails are always sent and delivered to your email account. Please check your spam messages folder. If in some case your email is not there, contact us throungh our contact form and we will gladely activate your account.

My location is not in the list, what should I do?
   - Please send us an email with your locations info and we will add it in our list in less than 24h since receival of your email.

How can I search for properties?
   - Go to Buy (to search for properties to buy) or Rent (to search for properties to rent) in the topmost menu.

My agent details are not shown to the public, what happened?
   - You have purchased the package where the agent details are hidden from the public. Just drop us an email through our contact form with your request to "switch package" from hidden to public agent details and our representative will contact you as soon as possible.

Why my banner is not appearing?
   - For the time being, the banner functionality is OFF for all packages. If someone is interested in having this option, can freely contact us.
